At Primrose Lane we believe that all children are naturally curious and love to explore and discover the world around them. We believe that a great Science curriculum aides our children to gain a deeper understanding of the world. Science should be fun and through the teaching of relevant, engaging, interactive lessons we encourage our children to develop skills such as observation, communication and teamwork. These are skills that the children can carry forward into other parts of the curriculum and life. We aim to provide a wealth of opportunities for the children to engage in hands on experiments and time to consider their results and observations. The development of these skills combined with a progressive curriculum enables the children to develop a body of Scientific knowledge which will continue to be built on every year during their journey at Primrose Lane. |
